Ulteriori informazioni / contenuti	Das Werk, der Harfenistin Chantal Mathieu gewidmet, ist ein Auftrag der Association des Amis de la Musique zum 80. Geburtstag des Komponisten. Es wurde zu seinen Ehren am 17. November 1997 durch die Gesellschaft zeitgenössischer Musik im Konservatorium in Lausanne (Schweiz) uraufgeführt. Dieses Trio ist in 2 Hauptteile gegliedert. Der erste, in Rhapsodie-Stil angelegt, verlangt von den 3 Ausführenden virtuoses Können. Mehrere Kadenzen unterstreichen den Diskurs. Der zweite Teil, ein Allegro scherzando, erlaubt den Musikern einen leichten und schelmischen Dialog, endend in einem langsamen Satz wo das lyrische Eingangs-Leitmotiv konstant bei dem einen oder andern Instrument wieder auftaucht, was dem Komponisten den Titel 'Alternances' inspirierte. The work, dedicated to Chantal Mathieu, was commissioned by the Association des Amis de la Musique on the occasion of the 80th birthday of the composer, to be premiered at the concert given in his honor November 17, 1997, by the Contemporary Music Society at the Lausanne Conservatory (Switzerland). This trio has two main parts. The first has the character of a rhapsody and makes virtuostic demands of the three musicians. Frequent cadenzas highlight this section. The second part, an Allegro scherzando, allows the instrumentalists to have a light and mischievous dialogue which ends in a slow movement with the return of the lyrical leitmotif that opened the work and which constantly reappears in one or the other of the instruments, hence the title 'Alternances' chosen by the composer. L'œuvre, dédiée à Chantal Mathieu, est une commande de l'Association des Amis de la Musique à l'occasion du 80e anniversaire du compositeur et à l'intention du concert donné en son honneur le 17 novembre 1997 par la Société de Musique contemporaine au Conservatoire de Lausanne (Suisse). Ce trio est divisé en deux parties principales. La première, de caractère rhapsodique, fait une large place à la virtuosité instrumentale des trois musiciens. De fréquentes cadences pontuent le discours. La seconde partie, sur le tempo Allegro scherzando, permet aux instrumentistes un dialogue léger et espiègle qui prend fin, dans un mouvement lent, avec le retour d'un leitmotiv lyrique par lequel l'œuvre a débuté et qui réapparait constamment à l'un ou l'autre des instruments, d'où le titre 'Alternances' choisi par le compositeur.
